With the rapid development of economic in our country,the competition among companies is getting fiercer and fiercer.Research shows that companies want to be successful in such fierce competition,the key of success depends on employees.Thus,it is particularly important to increase the level of work engagement.Leader is a person that directly contact with employees,so his leadership style will directly affect the level of work engagement of employees.However,Organizational identification helps to improve the job satisfaction of employees and increases the level of their work engagement.By studying the mechanism of organizational identity between leadership style and work engagement,it provides a theoretical basis for managers to improve their level of work engagement.In the formal testing,the study used transformational leadership questionnaire,MLQ5x,parental leadership scale,UWES and organizational identity scale to survey 395 employees.Using SPSS21.0 and Amos24.0 to test the reliability and validity of these scales,the result shows that these scales have good reliability and validity.The results showed that:(1)Part of leadership style,work engagement and organizational identity dimensions have significant differences in gender;The three dimensions of work engagement all have significant differences in company types and education.(2)Based on the control of demographic variables and other dimensions of independent variables,leadership styles have significantly correlation with work engagement.(3)Leadership style can significantly predict work engagement.(4)Organizational commitment can moderate the relationship between transformation leadership and dedication and concentration.
