With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China,the transfer of rural labor force is also intensifying."Who will cultivate land" has become a bottleneck in the process of agricultural modernization.Under the grim background of the aging of agricultural labor force,concurrent business and low overall quality,the cultivation of new professional farmers has become an important basic strategic project for implementing Rural Revitalization Strategy and realizing agricultural modernization.In recent years,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the cultivation of new professional farmers.In2012 and 2013,the Central Committee document put forward the work plan to cultivate new professional farmers.By the end of 2017,14 million new professional farmers were nurtured.In the two sessions of 2017,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of "new farmers who cultivate more professional farmers who love agriculture,know technology and operate well".Under this background,the cultivation of new professional farmers in China is ready for development.This study takes the cultivation of new professional farmers in Tianjin as the breakthrough point,and collects the research trends of many new overseas professional farmers.Based on the existing research results,it scientifically defines the connotation and denotation of new professional farmers.The specific situation through investigation and in-depth understanding of Tianjin new occupation farmer training,summed up the Tianjin city in the new occupation farmer training bottleneck problems in the process and problems,and from the concept,education,economy,society,government,mechanism and several aspects of problem analysis,on the basis of successful experience of the new occupation farmer training last,put forward some countermeasures in Tianjin City,the new occupation farmer cultivation.The aim is to promote the development of agriculture in Tianjin and to increase the income of farmers in Tianjin.
