| With the development of science and technology,the status of traditional real industries in social life and economic structure has been declining,and emerging industries represented by the Internet industry have developed rapidly and occupied a dominant position.Due to the unique business model and bilateral effect of Internet platform enterprises,which have had an impact on the anti-monopoly system established on the basis of traditional industrial economy,how to control the monopoly of Internet platform enterprises has become the top priority to maintain market fairness and promote the development of market economy.However,most of the current monopoly governance is mainly based on government punishment,but enterprises cannot govern from themselves,resulting in monopoly chaos still appearing,small and medium-sized enterprises are difficult to survive,and the legitimate rights and interests of users are violated,so the self-governance of enterprises guided by the mechanism has strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes the monopoly facts of M Internet platform enterprises(hereinafter referred to as M enterprises),a leading enterprise in the Internet platform industry,as the research object,and uses the theory of network bilateral effect,Matthew effect,scale economy theory and collaborative governance theory,and adopts the research method of case analysis and SEM model to mainly study the four mechanisms of monopoly: user stickiness,data assets,Matthew effect and economies of scale.The article can be divided into four parts,the specific content is as follows: the first part of the article mainly describes the research background and significance of this paper,and summarizes its research results on the basis of predecessors;The second part of the article lists the monopoly facts of enterprise M,including big data killing,squeezing suppliers and riders,and the platform’s "either-or" behavior,which provides a certain basis for the establishment of the SEM model in the following article;The third part of this paper is the core part of this paper,and this paper constructs the structural equation of M enterprise monopoly mechanism through the SEM model.According to the four basic influencing factors mentioned above: user stickiness,data assets,Matthew effect and economies of scale,400 sample data were obtained by designing questionnaires and issuing questionnaires,and the data were analyzed to obtain the most significant factors affecting the monopoly of M enterprises.The fourth part of the article is mainly based on the conclusion analysis of the previous article,and puts forward corresponding self-governance countermeasures for the most significant factors and other factors.It is found that in the monopoly mechanism of Internet platform enterprises,not every influencing factor has the same degree of monopoly,among which the role of data assets is higher,and the formation of monopoly on data is the most important reason for enterprises to form industry monopoly.Based on the analysis of specific cases of enterprise M,this paper obtains four mechanisms of action of monopoly,and constructs an analysis model of SEM monopoly mechanism based on the mechanism,and finally obtains the most significant monopoly factors affecting enterprise M.To a certain extent,this improves the underlying logical chain of monopoly governance,provides a basis for enterprise monopoly governance,helps small and medium-sized enterprises to further develop,realizes fair market competition,and then promotes the sustainable development of the Internet platform industry. |
