China's Transition Process, Economic Monopoly And Administrative Monopoly

The monopoly in China's transition period is economics monopoly and administrative monopoly. And it is necessary to have an all-round and objectively knowledge about them. But the existing research ,which combines economic monopoly with administrative monopoly together is less even, the research on the efficiency of the economic monopoly, and the essence and the danger of the administrative monopoly needs further strengthen. The thesis based on the industrial organization theory, analyses systematicly the economic monopoly and the administrative monopoly in-depth in standardizing and empirically ways ,in order to offer the theoretical foundation for optimizing the structure of industrial organization andraising the industry's competitiveness in our country.The structure is as follows: Part one introduction; Part two analysis monopoly from the view point of economics; Part three by using two index "grade of concentration" and "scale of industry" to empirically analyze the evolution and the development of Chinese economic monopoly, and points out that there is low grade of concentration in Chinese industry and there is short of economic monopoly company in China, so it is necessary to lead oligopoly be established and to raise the scale and the competition ability of the industry in China. Part four analyzes the characteristic and danger of administrative monopoly ,thinking administrative monopoly all have bad influence to market structure , enterprise behavior and market performance. Part five Orienting the target for establishing and carrying out the antitrust law in other counties and combining the current situation of our country monopolize, gives us some analysis about the target for establishing and carrying out the antitrust law in China.And according to analyzing: we know that the economic monopoly of our country lacks seriously, and the administrative monopoly is excessive, we should distinguish to economic monopoly , and administrative monopoly in establishing antitrust law. The regulation to the administrative monopoly should combine with economic, political structure reform together .
