Food safety is an important and vital social issue at any time,closely related to the safety of people’s lives and a key element in the stability and rapid development of society,and is valued by all sectors of society.Food safety supervision and sampling has long been incorporated into the food safety regulatory system and is an indispensable technical tool.The technology contributes to the healthy development of the food industry,is a prerequisite for building a good business environment,is an important part of supervision and enforcement,and is also a channel for the promotion and dissemination of food safety supervision,which has important practical significance and application value.Today,County G has identified many food safety problems in the area of food production,processing or distribution based on the technique of surveillance and sampling,which has effectively improved the business environment for food safety.The in-depth integration of food safety supervision and sampling management with the administration has helped to improve and optimise the local food safety environment in County G and should be given attention and focus by the relevant authorities.However,as the food safety situation becomes increasingly serious,there are always a series of food safety issues in society,leading to a certain degree of threat to the lives and health of the general public.In other words,the food safety supervision and sampling mechanism needs to be continuously improved and is still some distance away from the public’s expectations.In this study,we found that the scope of food safety sampling and inspection in County G is not comprehensive,the impartiality of food safety sampling and inspection management is not sufficient,it is difficult to reach effective cooperation between departments,and sampling and inspection information is not useful.This thesis explores the causes of this problem from the perspective of the government,testing agencies,food enterprises and the public.We propose to improve the effectiveness of government sampling and inspection,to unify the construction of sampling and inspection platforms,to guide enterprises to implement self-inspection and to empower the public to participate in the supervision and management of food sampling and inspection,in order to further enhance the effectiveness of food safety supervision and inspection,to give the public trust and certainty in food safety,to reflect the credibility of the government in food safety protection,to effectively prevent and control food safety risks,and to effectively It is of research significance and reference value to ensure the safety of all aspects of food,and to provide theoretical references for research and practice in other regions.
