Study On Grassroots Food Safety Supervision

In recent years,food safety issues emerge in an endless stream,causing great concern from all walks of life.In China,the grass-root regulator of food safety supervision mechanism is food and drug administration agency.By rigorously regulating the whole process of food industry,circulation and consumption,the grass-root regulator would do the best to find and eliminate potential safety hazards and prevent food safety issues.when food safety issue occurs,people often turn to the grass-root regulator for help.Based on the current situation of food safety and its supervision mechanism,grass-root regulator is the most important part.This paper aims to investigate the supervision situation of food safety in district Y of city X.In view of the current situation,existing problems and causes of supervision,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the advanced experience of other cities,so as to promote the rapid development of grass-root food safety supervision to ensure food safety.In this paper,the food and drug Administration in Y district of X city is taken as an example,using information asymmetry theory,market failure theory,government supervision theory,literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis,to explore the problems existing in the grass-roots food safety supervision in the law enforcement process,the allocation of power and responsibility,the standards of laws and regulations,information construction,technical supervision,and social participation,analyze the reasons for the problems,and drawing on the advanced experience of food safety supervision in other regions,the final conclusion is that,improving food safety supervision at the grass-roots level,we must build a good law enforcement environment,rationally allocate powers and responsibilities,perfecting laws and regulations,speed up information construction,strengthen technical supervision and guiding social participation,further promoting food safety supervision at the grass-roots level.
