Research On B-SOFT’s Profit Model And Effect In The Context Of Smart Healthcare

In recent years,with the increasing economic strength of the country,the focus of people’s life has gradually shifted from material satisfaction to the pursuit of healthy life.However,with the increase of the population,the aggravation of the aging trend,the frequent occurrence of public health emergencies such as the novel coronavirus epidemic,and the increasingly prominent social problems,traditional medical treatment has been unable to meet people’s health needs due to its limitations in service scope and resource allocation.Therefore,smart healthcare,which relies on the cloud platform and uses the new generation of technology to deeply integrate with the medical industry,came into being.Smart healthcare started late in China and is in the early stage of development.How to explore a suitable profit model under the background of smart healthcare has become an important goal of medical informatization enterprises.As a leading enterprise in the medical informatization industry,B-SOFT has transformed its profit model from a traditional software IT enterprise to a technology cloud ecological enterprise under the background of smart healthcare,and achieved a substantial increase in revenue.Therefore,the study of B-SOFT’s profit model can provide reference for medical informatization enterprises to choose the appropriate profit model.In this paper,B-SOFT,a leading enterprise in medical informatization,is selected to analyze the transformation of its profit model under the background of smart healthcare.Based on the review of relevant studies,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of B-SOFT’s traditional profit model,and discusses the transformation path of its profit model,analyzes the profit model after the transformation of B-SOFT in the aspects of five elements,and finally evaluates the effect of its profit model from financial effect,non-financial effect and comprehensive effect.It is found that after the strategic transformation of B-SOFT adapting to the development background of smart healthcare,its profit model has been transformed from the traditional single sales model to a comprehensive model combining business implementation model,software sales model and service model.The transformation of profit model has brought good financial results and social influence to B-SOFT,and has also brought certain enlightenment to other medical informatization enterprises: Under the current development background of smart healthcare,the profit model transformation of medical informatization enterprises should change the product-centered business pattern,attach importance to the services provided by enterprises,make customers as the center,improve customer satisfaction,and increase the competitive advantage of enterprises.Finally,this paper also puts forward the following optimization suggestions for B-SOFT: First,strengthen the cooperation with other medical informatization enterprises;Second,improve service capacity;Third,increase the proportion of resident business;Fourth,improve the ability to use funds;Fifth,we should increase investment in research and development.
