Research On The Maturation And Stereotype Of The Basic Economic System Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Communist Party of China has always taken it as a major historical task to make the system of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics more mature and stable,and put forward the strategic goal and task of promoting the system to mature and finalize the design.The problem of the maturation and stereotype of the socialist system has always been a hot topic of academic concern.From the point of view of the existing research,the achievements mainly focus on the overall study of the socialist system with Chinese Characteristics,while the research on the maturity and shape of the economic system is still in its initial stage,and the exploration of its theoretical basis and the clarification of internal logic need to be further enriched and improved.As a stable and long-term part of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the economic system is of great significance to China’s economic and social development.This dissertation takes‘The Research on the Maturation and stereotype of the Basic Economic System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics’ as object.On the basis of sorting out the research status at home and abroad,it adopts literature analysis method and historical research method to carry out in the logical order of ‘what is’,‘how to generate’ and ‘how to achieve’.On the whole,we should grasp the theoretical basis,basic connotation,historical process and perfect approach of the mature and finalized basic economic system.This paper holds that the basic economic system,as the most essential institutional regulation in economic relations,has abundant inherent stipulation in ownership relations,distribution relations and economic operation relations.To judge whether a basic economic system is mature or not,we can measure it from three aspects: the logical standard of system design,the fairness and efficiency standard of system operation and the effect standard of system practice.By combing the development course of the basic economic system according to this standard,it can be found that the basic economic system has a relatively complete institutional basis,and has entered the stage of basic maturity and finalize the design,but there is still room for improvement before the complete maturity and finalize the design.In the new era,we should actively explore a practical path to mature and finalize the basic economic system in terms of ideological guidance and specific strategies.On the one hand,we need to take Xi Jinping Economic Thought as the practical guidance,adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China.the people first and the new concept of development,comprehensively deepen the reform of ownership,distribution system and economic operation system,so as to promote the basic economic system to become more mature and finalized.
