Research On The Superiority Of The Basic Economic System Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics In The New Era

At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,the distribution system and the market economy were elevated to the basic economic system,which enriched the connotation of China’s basic economic system and formed the basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era with the trinity of ownership,distribution system and market economy.This is another theoretical innovation in the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is of great significance to study the source and manifestation of the superiority of this system,explore the factors that restrict the exploitation of the superiority,and explore the path to improve the basic economic system and further exert its superiority for promoting high-quality economic development and realizing common prosperity in the new era.This paper takes the basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the research object,follows the research idea of "raising problems → analyzing problems → solving problems",and adopts literature research method,comparative analysis method,data analysis method and systematic research method.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status at home and abroad,and defines the concepts related to the superiority of the basic economic system.It holds that the superiority of the system is the advantage of a certain system under certain historical conditions and time background,and the superiority of the basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era refers to,The basic economic system of our country has remarkable advantages in promoting economic development and achieving common prosperity because of its scientific structure of ownership,distribution system and market economic system which are interrelated and mutually promoting.Secondly,it analyzes the basis for the superiority of our basic economic system.The study holds that the elaboration of the basic economic system of Marxism is the theoretical basis for the formation of superiority,the exploration of the basic economic system after the founding of New China is the historical basis for the formation of superiority,and the practice of constantly developing and improving the basic economic system based on the new era is the realistic basis for the formation of superiority.Thirdly,the paper explains the superiority of the basic economic system from two dimensions of the respective superiority and overall superiority of the three aspects of the basic economic system,namely,the ownership structure can give full play to the advantages of various forms of ownership,the distribution system can achieve the unification of efficiency and fairness,and the market economic system can realize the combination of effective market and advantages for the government;The ownership system,the distribution system and the market economy complement each other,helping to achieve high-quality economic development,ensure stable economic performance and promote common prosperity.Finally,it analyzes the factors that affect the superiority of China’s basic economic system,including the layout and operation of state-owned economy and the business environment of non-public economy are not optimized,the income distribution structure and mechanism are not reasonable,and the socialist market economic system is not perfect.On this basis,we put forward the following ways to further exert the superiority of China’s basic economic system:first,improve the ownership structure and promote the better development of diverse ownership economies;second,carry out income distribution reform and realize the sharing of development fruits;third,improve the socialist market economy system and enhance the vitality of the market economy.
