Research On The Dwelling Need Of Xi’an People From The Perspective Of A Better Life In The New Era

In China in the new era,the concepts of "Marxism","a better life" and "people-centered" have been deeply rooted in the people’s hearts.The people-centered residential needs are the people’s practical pursuit and realistic requirements for a better life.On the basis of meeting people’s basic living needs,improving people’s living quality,improving people’s livelihood,and improving the living environment are the new development,new changes and new requirements of people’s living needs in the new era.In this paper under the new era of good life horizon,since the new era of xi ’an people living related data to support,through the literature research,system analysis,inductive analysis,from the connotation of living needs,composition,current situation of the xi’ an people since the new era of change and development.It analyzes that the living needs of the people in the new era are based on spiritual needs and based on material needs.In addition,the problems existing in the living needs of xi’an people are also analyzed from the aspects of population change,improvement of living environment,construction of living security system and living experience.In the new era and the new historical period of development,all kinds of housing problems highlight the difficulties of people’s livelihood.It is imperative to carry out residential development and explore the better life of the people in a deeper and more systematic way.It is urgent to explore the people’s living needs under the perspective of a better life in the new era,and to put forward the ways and methods to solve the people’s living needs.Based on this,this paper takes the theory of Marx and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and explores the path of meeting the living needs of the people in the new era.Create social harmonious and stable living atmosphere through high quality development in ecological harmonious development;develop the people-centered housing guarantee policy;guide the people to have the living concept in line with the new era;achieve the stage goal of pursuing residential needs,and propose the Xi’an plan of living safety,pleasure and happiness of the people in the pursuit of the overall liberation and development of people.
