Under the situation of market economy, the enterprises had increasingly fiercer competition, in this environment of opportunities and challenges, building unique corporate culture played a very importance role. With the acceleration of global economic integration, Chinese enterprises had integrated into the global economic environment, and were more deeply aware of the importance of enterprise culture in the course of contacting with foreign companies, therefore, building charmful human culture had been generally great importance to Chinese enterprises. However, some Chinese enterprises had a lot of problems in the process of building corporate culture, the fundamental reason was that some enterprises lack the correct understanding and scientific practice to the connotation, content, features of the enterprise culture, and did not attach importance to the people-centered of enterprise culture building.This paper briefly introduced some basic theory of the corporate culture and human theory, illustrated the important position of the people-centered theory in the enterprise culture, and through the understanding and practice of people-centered in the enterprise culture, had extension of the meaning of the "people" of the " people-centered ", later on the basis of empirical research of the classic cases of some enterprises, demonstrates the need, the importance and feasibility of the people-oriented in the building of enterprise culture, analyzed some recognizing and practical problems in the process of building corporate culture to achieve people-centered, finally, brought forward some specific approaches about how to achieve people-centered, for example, strengthening the important guidance role of the concept of scientific development as the enterprise culture construction, optimizing human environment of the enterprise culture. This paper attemptted at some innovating realizations to the people-oriented of enterprise culture building at the theoretical level, and, in practice level, brought some benefits the enterprise culture building of Chinese enterprises.
