| With the development of information technology in the world,all walks of life are within the scope of integrated development of Internet plus.With the continuous improvement of technologies such as the Internet of Things,5G mobile communications,computer networks,big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain,etc.,intelligence will be the only way to reform and innovate traditional industries.The tourism industry is no exception.Various scenic spots have begun to use digital technology to enhance the multi-dimensional attraction of scenic spots,improve the level of refined management of scenic spots,strengthen the scientific nature of scenic spot protection and development,improve the ability of data governance,and realize a new ecology from “digital” to “digital governance”.As the only mountain,sea and lake scenic spot in China,Zhejiang Nanbei Lake Tourism Investment Group attaches great importance to the digital construction of the scenic spot after establishing the goal of striving for 5A.It has planned integrated projects such as intelligent security,intelligent transportation,electronic tickets,VR virtual reality,720 ° panoramic tour,monitoring platform,etc.,constantly upgrading and transforming the existing infrastructure,hoping to use digital empowerment to “graft” traditional tourism and information technology,Inject “wisdom” into tourism services,tourism management and tourism marketing.The construction of smart scenic spots is not achieved overnight.It is a complex process from planning to implementation to completion and continuous improvement.The early digital projects of scenic spots are limited by information technology,which is not perfect now.The existing construction platform also lacks uniqueness,and there are more or less problems,such as the lack of operation and maintenance of the online platform of scenic spots The data mining and analysis of the big data platform is not in place,the integrated security system is lack of emergency command subsystem,the vehicle management system is not intelligent enough,the intelligent transportation system is lack,the public address system is lack of linkage,the mobile wireless communication system is in urgent need of 5G private network upgrade,and the ticketing system is lack of data analysis capability.How to make full use of the resource innovation intelligence platform,upgrade and improve the original system,optimize the function modules and service experience,and comprehensively improve the utilization rate and popularity of tourists has become particularly important,so this article will take this as the starting point for relevant research.This paper first explains the reason for this topic selection,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,and explains the concept of “smart tourism” and “DICT project”.Through studying the academic journals and dissertations of various platforms,this paper is familiar with the research status of smart tourism at home and abroad.At the same time,a comprehensive demand analysis of smart tourism construction was carried out from the perspective of the general situation of the South and North Lake scenic area,the establishment of the 5A level scenic area,environmental protection,tourists and operation managers.The current situation and problems of smart tourism construction in the South and North Lake were collected by means of interviews,questionnaires,field research,etc.The advantages and disadvantages of smart management,smart tourism,smart service and smart marketing in the South and North Lake were obtained by using the IPA analysis method,The system structure and overall improvement suggestions for the construction and transformation of smart tourism in the North and South Lake Scenic Area are formed through comprehensive consideration:first,strengthen the integration of resources and create a comprehensive platform;The second is to improve the existing projects and constantly upgrade and iterate;Third,enrich the business forms of scenic spots and innovate the application of features;Fourth,pay attention to talent training and ensure operation and maintenance services.Finally,the research conclusion is put forward based on the opinions of all parties,and it is expected that the North-South Lake scenic spot can establish a comprehensive three-dimensional intelligent tourism destination as soon as possible,so that tourists can truly enjoy the digital experience.It is hoped that through this study,some ideas will be provided for the construction of smart tourism in the North and South Lakes,and reference value will be brought to the intelligent construction of scenic spots related to the mountains,seas,and lakes. |
