| With fast growth in our national economy,tourism has become an indispensable part of people's life.Nowadays,the number of free travelers in tourist market is increasing year by year.People pay more and more attention to individualized demand and pursue unique diversified tourist experience.Improved management and service in scenic spots are needed to meet this new trend in tourist market.The development of information technology,especially the promotion of Mobile Internet,Cloud Technology and AI Technology,has led many industries to enter the "modernization" mode,and tourism is of no exception.By applying information technology in tourism and changing its traditional management mode,smart scenic spots which are developing vigorously in China bring refreshing experience to tourists.In this context,this thesis takes Tianya-Haijiao as an object,with smart tourism,smart scenic spot and tourist experience theory for reference,carry out a study on enhancement of tourist experience in Tianya-Haijiao after its construction of smart scenic spot by using literature research,questionnaire survey and field investigation method.In the first part of the thesis,research achievements on smart tourism,smart scenic spots and tourist experience at home and abroad are studied and summarized,and the method of research are introduced.Then,the current construction situation of smart Tianya-Haijiao is analyzed by studying its smart infrastructure,e-guide system,WIFI coverage,electronic ticket service and information platforms for tourists.On the basis of questionnaires completed by tourists,first-handed data of tourist experience in smart Tianya-Haijiao was collected.By analyzing these data,existing problems were found,thus suggestions with reference to improving the tourist experience and smart construction of Tianya-Haijiao are put forward.This thesis is expected to play a certain reference role in the construction and sustainable development of Tianya-Haijiao. |
