The rapid development of the economy has led to the expansion of enterprises in various industries and the corresponding increase in demand for financing.At the same time,economic development has also brought about an increase in income levels and financial awareness among residents,resulting in an increasingly urgent demand for investment.Driven by the demand for investment and financing,thanks to market opportunities,technological development and policy support,the development of Internet finance has been unprecedented,creating a new business model and economic era.It is in this context that Enterprise K was created to provide services to both individual and corporate clients,helping individual clients achieve wealth appreciation and providing investment and financing solutions for corporate clients.Thanks to its good management,Enterprise K has gradually grown and upgraded its group brand,setting up subsidiaries and obtaining financial asset trading and factoring licenses to conduct business.However,with the gradual tightening of regulatory policies and the development of products in the direction of marketization and standardization,the Internet finance industry is also facing the challenge of traditional business depression.At the same time,the advent of the digital economy and the unexpected event of the epidemic have led to the emergence of new business opportunities and new business models.Facing the huge changes in the internal and external environment,how to quickly adjust and complete the strategic transformation of the company has become an urgent and extremely important issue for K.Therefore,studying the strategic transformation strategy of fin-tech companies in the digital economy has become a very necessary and relevant task.This paper takes Enterprise K as the case study object and determines the research theme and direction of this dissertation by referring to the current relevant research progress and research results at home and abroad.Through data collection and research on the existing situation of the company and in-depth analysis of the company’s operation status,we found that Enterprise K has problems such as restricted business development,massive staff turnover,and unclear division of authority and responsibility.This paper uses PEST and SWOT theories to analyze the reasons for the company’s predicament,and proposes a strategic transformation development path that promotes the company’s digital intelligence and enhances iterative innovation by combining the company’s own advantages and development position.And through the digitalization of human management,intelligent customer service and sustainable digital innovation,we promote new business development and build new brands,and realize the transformation and implementation of corporate strategic development by adjusting resources,structure and performance.
