The present age is the age of digitization,which has had a profound impact on every field of society.Through the implementation of digital strategy,gas enterprises vigorously promote digital development,apply the new generation of digital technology,inject new momentum for their own development,optimize their own organizational structure,improve the business process,and improve the efficiency of enterprise production and operation.However,after the digitization of TG gas enterprises reaches a certain stage,its process slows down obviously,and the factors restricting digital transformation gradually appear,such as the lack of digital talents,the unclear strategy of enterprise digitalization transformation,the insufficient development of digital business,the insufficient development of digital process,and the low integration degree of business system,which leads to the obvious reduction of the enterprise’s digital development income.Seriously hinder the development of digitization.Based on this,this paper has carried out a large number of literature review and research on the evaluation and optimization of enterprise digitalization level.Firstly,it constructs the evaluation index system of digitilization maturity of TG Gas Company,and optimizes and adjusts the index system by using Delphi method.Finally,the digital maturity evaluation index system of TG gas company was formed with 1 target layer index,4 criterion layer index and 12 basic layer index.Then this paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to clarify the weights and scores of indicators at each level,and obtains that the digital maturity of TG Gas company is at an average level.There are problems such as insufficient training of digital talents,weak ability of data and security management,backward digitalization process,imperfect digitalization of operation management,poor digitalization of products and services,insufficient horizontal integration and insufficient vertical integration.Through in-depth interviews,the causes and solutions of these problems are identified.Finally,we worked out the improvement strategies and safeguard measures from the four dimensions of "digital strategy and organization","digital infrastructure","digital operation" and "digital comprehensive integration".Through the study of this paper,TG Gas Company clarified the digitalization maturity and weakness of the enterprise and achieved certain management results through improvement.Since TG Gas Company is representative in the gas industry in terms of its scale,number of users and technical level,the research results of this paper have certain inspiration and practical significance for the digitalization development of similar enterprises,and also provide a good development idea for the improvement of digitalization maturity of traditional enterprises.
