Study On The Impact Of Labor Transfer On Common Wealth In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

Since the reform and opening up,the speed of urbanization development in China has been continuously improved,and a large number of rural labor forces have flocked to cities,which has led to social problems such as "left-behind children" in rural areas,"aging population" and "intensification" of urban development.The imbalance of urban and rural structure fully shows that there is a serious contradiction between farmers’ yearning for a better life and the imbalance between urban and rural development,and the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the strategic decision of rural revitalization to better solve the outstanding problems in rural areas.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is actually to optimize and upgrade the relevant configuration of rural areas,help rural areas retain rural labor,prevent a large number of one-sided labor forces from flocking to cities,and realize the reasonable return of rural labor in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.This paper examines the impact of rural revitalization strategy on rural labor transfer in China,explores the impact of rural labor mobility on common prosperity,and discusses the reasonable and effective paths to achieve common prosperity from the perspective of labor mobility.Focusing on the problems in the allocation of rural human capital and proposing solutions,correctly guiding the rural labor force and realizing the reasonable return of rural labor are the key goals of the state to fully implement the rural revitalization strategy.This paper includes the following chapters: the first chapter is an introduction,which expounds the background,significance,main content,basic methods and other aspects of this research,clarifies the relevant concepts of rural revitalization,common prosperity,rural labor transfer,etc.,and points out the innovation points and shortcomings of the paper.The second chapter is a literature review,which summarizes the theoretical research on rural labor transfer at home and abroad,the influencing factors of labor transfer,and the literature on rural labor transfer and labor transfer on economic growth under the background of rural revitalization strategy.Chapter 3analyzes rural labor transfer under the background of rural revitalization strategy,and studies the age,gender,employment,education level,and specific scale and main scope of rural labor transfer.Chapter 4 The mechanisms for rural labor mobility to affect common prosperity include: narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas,increasing labor productivity,adjusting industrial structure,and promoting urbanization and other mechanisms affecting the level of common prosperity.Chapter 5 is an empirical analysis of the impact of urban and rural labor mobility on common prosperity.A two-way fixed-effect model was constructed,and with the help of Stata13 software,the regression analysis of the influence of urban and rural labor turnover rate on common prosperity level was carried out,and the transmission mechanism analysis and robustness test were carried out.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and policy recommendations,urban and rural labor mobility has a positive effect on common prosperity,and the unemployment rate is an important factor affecting common prosperity.From the perspective of subregions,the flow of urban and rural labor has a significant positive effect on the eastern region.Labor mobility can improve the level of common prosperity by alleviating information asymmetry and promoting innovation and entrepreneurship,and can also promote the realization of common prosperity by accumulating human capital,physical capital,and family wealth.In the context of rural revitalization,it is proposed to guide rural labor mobility in an orderly manner,give play to the basic role of market mechanisms in rural labor mobility and the auxiliary role of government policies,improve the level of labor human capital,promote urban and rural labor mobility,and achieve common prosperity.Comprehensively build a modern socialist power,narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas,and achieve common prosperity The most difficult problem to overcome is in the rural areas,the most concentrated areas are in the rural areas,and the greatest development potential is also concentrated in the rural areas.Combined with the above analysis,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the rural revitalization strategy to better promote rural labor mobility: first,attach importance to human resources and realize the reasonable return of rural talents;Second,the basic role of the market mechanism in rural labor mobility and the auxiliary role of government policies;Third,vigorously promote rural economic development so that rural development can keep pace with urban development;Fourth,actively transform the identity of the peasant masses from a traditional peasant to a new type of professional farmer.
