Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Home Stay Industry Under The Background Of Common Prosperity

In June 2021,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Opinions on Supporting the High quality Development of common prosperity in Zhejiang Province and Building a Demonstration Zone for Common Prosperity,which gives common prosperity an important task to explore first.Therefore,how to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,promote rural revitalization,and realize the butterfly change from a well-off society in an all-round way to common prosperity is an urgent problem to be solved at present.From the past practice,it can be proved that rural tourism has very obvious advantages in many ways and means to promote rural revitalization and common prosperity,involving a wide range,strong driving force,smooth industrial chain,etc.As a highly popular tourism industry,rural homestays have become one of the important forms of attracting urban tourists to rural tourism,relying on the beautiful natural ecological environment and unique local customs in the local area.This has strongly driven the adjustment of the rural industrial structure,and the form of rural tourism has also changed from sightseeing to in-depth experience mode,which has pressed the "fast forward key" to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and injected strong vitality into the realization of common prosperity.However,with the rapid development of tourism and new urbanization,the problems in the development of rural homestay industry are increasingly emerging.It is urgent to scientifically plan and promote the development of rural homestay to help common prosperity.This article is based on research conducted in Yanshang Village,Linkeng Village,Yantan Town,Zhu’an Village,Shatou Town,Hesheng Town,Yongjia County,southern Zhejiang Province.Using new public management,new public services,and SWOT analysis theory as tools,research is conducted through literature review,social research,data analysis,and other methods.Through SWOT analysis,this paper studies the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of Yongjia rural homestay to help common prosperity,and puts forward effective countermeasures to promote the building of county model in the common prosperity demonstration area.This article is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction,which mainly includes the background and significance of this study,the current status of literature research,and a review,in order to obtain the research ideas,content,and methods of the paper.The second part is the relevant theoretical basis,which introduces the concepts related to common prosperity,home stay industry and government management theory in detail,and builds the theoretical framework of the full text.The third part is an example study and demonstration part,taking Yanshang Village,Linkeng Village and Zhu’an Village in Yongjia County as the specific cases of investigation and study,to explain the current situation of Yongjia rural home stay industry helping common prosperity.The fourth part is a comprehensive analysis section.Firstly,by using the SWOT analysis method,the development advantages and main problems faced by the rural homestay industry in Yongjia County are analyzed.Then,by using the SWOT matrix analysis method,a series of countermeasures are proposed by combining the internal advantages and disadvantages,as well as external opportunities and challenges,of the development of rural homestay industry.The fifth part is the conclusion,which analyzes the shortcomings of this article and provides prospects for future related research.Due to the fact that the research on the development of rural homestay industry in Yongjia County is based on three villages as case points,with a small entry point and limited data collection,the results obtained have limitations.
