‘Tourism’ is mentioned twice in the full report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.This is the first time that tourism-related content has been included in the report of the National Party Convention,reflecting the attention and expectations of the Party and the State for tourism.It is a great encouragement for China’s tourism industry,which bore the brunt of the epidemic.After three years of the epidemic,China’s tourism industry has gotten rid of its past slump and various tourism figures have shown explosive growth since the end of the epidemic.Ecotourism and leisure tourism are flourishing,and the tourism industry is booming.For Shandong Province,this year is the“Year of Consumption Boost”.The current tourism market has entered a full recovery phase,with tourism consumption demand gradually shifting from low level to high quality and diversification.Expanding tourism mode and strengthening tourism consumption scene creation will inject fresh water for tourism industry in Shandong and even the whole country.In particular,the recent Tourism Development Conference of Shandong Province in Qingdao is a positive test of the province’s efforts to improve the quality of tourism services for three years,and tourism is further shaping the industrial advantages for the city’s economic development.Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition Park scenic spot is not only in the Jiaodong Economic Circle of Shandong Province,but also in Circum-Bohai Sea Tourism Circle of China.It has unique advantages in tourism development.From the perspective of tourism resources,it has the advantage of ecological resources with its back to “Baiguo Mountain”,and has the advantage of cultural resources with the memory of “World Horticultural Exposition”.From the market point of view,the Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition Park is located in one of the four districts of Qingdao,which is easily accessible to tourists within the city.Moreover,the transportation environment in Qingdao is good,making it easy for tourists from inside and outside the province to visit.Although it has the advantages of tourism development,the current development status does not match its advantages and cannot play a role in the “Year of Consumption Boost” of tourism.Therefore,this paper selects the tourism of Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition Park scenic spot as a specific research object,tries to make a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of it,provides references for its tourism development,and presents ideas for the tourism development of other related scenic spots.This research follows the basic logic approach of ‘theoretical review,problem proposal,problem analysis and solutions’ for research.The research content mainly includes preface,conclusion,and four chapters in the middle.Preface is the introduction,including the background of the study,research purpose and significance,the current situation of the study,the relevant concepts,the theoretical basis,research content and methods and research ideas.Chapter 1 is the analysis of tourism resources(R-property)of Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition Park scenic spot.An overview of the development status of Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition Park scenic spot is given,and its tourism resources are investigated,analyzed and evaluated.Chapter 2 is the analysis of tourism resources(R-property)of Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition Park scenic spot.On the basis of sorting out the current situation of its market development,the existing market of Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition Park scenic spot is investigated based on the visitor satisfaction questionnaire,and a series of further analyses of the survey data are conducted by using SPSS tools.Chapter 3 is the analysis of tourism products(P-property)of Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition Park scenic spot.Combined with the satisfaction questionnaire survey of tourists,the problems of existing products in the scenic area are identified.Chapter 4 presents the countermeasures for the development of tourism in Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition Park scenic spot.From two perspectives of market and products,development strategies have been proposed for four aspects of scenic area: scenic area infrastructure construction,scenic area services,scenic area publicity and scenic area products.And the last part is the conclusion,including summary of this article,limitations of research,and prospects.Overall,this article has obtained the latest information through on-site research and interviews with relevant personnel.The article not only provides qualitative analysis of the research object,while quantitative analysis was conducted with the help of SPSS tools.On the basis of fully understanding the current situation of tourism development of Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition Park,a comprehensive study was conducted through RMP theory,and specific countermeasures for development were put forward based on the study.
