Analysis On The Relativity Of Agricultural Informatization And Urbanization In Jiangsu Province

With the development of science and technology, we have come into an age of informatization both on economic and social aspects. Informatization, which have influenced the national strategy decision-making, is the priority for the economic development of a city, a district, or a country. Agricultural informatization is an important part of national economy, rural economy, and social informatization, because it plays an indispensable role in reducing the urban-rural gap, developing the economy of rural area, and solving Three Rural Issues efficiently. Currently, influenced by the economy, politics, culture and other social factors, both the number of analysis on the relativity of agricultural informatization and urbanization and the point of the research are very limited. Therefore, it is significant that analyze relativity of agricultural informatization and urbanization specially and quantitatively, which not only can find out the causal connection between them, but also can provide the theoretical support for the decision makers. Based on those purposes and reasons, we did some research and finished the paper.First of all, the paper sums up the related theories and practices at home and abroad systematically. The paper then forms the testing and evaluating system of agricultural informatization standard in Jiangsu province under certain principles and The Program of National Informtizational Index, which includes the infrastructure construction, the platform, the resource, the human resource, and the developed environment of agricultural informatization. And we chooses 21 particular index to evaluate the standard of agricultural informatization in Jiangsu province. Second, the paper set the urbanization rate, which essentially means the process from rural population to urban population, as a measurable criterion to evaluate the urbanization standard. By processing, analyzing, and calculating the data that collected directly or indirectly, we can get a conclusion of the comprehensive index of agricultural informatization in Jiangsu province from 2001 to 2010 and the urbanization rate. And then we will analyze the causal connection between agricultural informatization and urbanization with the help of Grainger Causality Test Method and software eviews7.2. Finally, the paper will analyze and sum up all these results to find out the problems during the development of agricultural informatization in Jiangsu province and then put forward some political suggestions for promoting the agricultural informatization in Jiangsu and the necessity of narrow the imbalance among the south, the middle, and the north of Su district.The paper is for the first time to analyze the causal connection between agricultural informatization and urbanization under Grainger Causality Test Method, and find that there is a interrelationship of advance and delay between agricultural informatization and urbanization, which is very helpful to promote the rural economic development and make a good use of informational resources.
