Research On The Construction Of Complete Domestic Demand System Under The New Development Pattern

To expand domestic demand and smooth the circulation of the national economy is the key to building a new development pattern.In order to construct a complete domestic demand system,we should persist in implementing the strategy of expanding domestic demand and break through the spots and breakpoints in its construction process,so as to provide a better institutional environment for our country’s economic development.China has a strong material foundation,rich human resources and a broad market space.It takes the super-large market and a solid industrial foundation as the driving force,and the development of all aspects of society is stable and full of potential.All these advantages can be the conditions and foundation for the adjustment of the development pattern and the transformation and upgrading of the economy.Along with the rise of Chinese economic aggregate day by day,the degree of dependency of Chinese economy will also continue to decrease,so our country’s economic development in the future will need to rely more on domestic demand.Based on the capital cycle theory and social reproduction theory discussed by Marx in the second volume of Das Kapital,this paper analyzes the cyclic movement of a single industrial capital to realize value appreciation from a micro perspective,and also analyzes the four links of production,distribution,exchange and consumption of social capital to realize value appreciation from a macro perspective.It reveals the realization conditions of social reproduction and the law of proportional development of national economy.These two theories have important theoretical guiding significance for carrying out reasonable measures to unblock the domestic great circulation and constructing and perfecting the domestic demand system.This paper introduces the strategic background based on the new development pattern and the significance of researching and constructing the new development pattern.Through the analysis of the domestic and foreign research status and historical experience,point out which could be improved and deep in the research of constructing complete domestic demand system of our country at present.This paper analyzes the situation of global economic imbalance from the perspectives of international monetary system and international division of labor system,and points out that Chinese economy can no longer follow the "dependent economy path",which reflects the urgency of accelerating the construction of complete domestic demand system;The article analyzes the economic development stage since reform and opening up,and points out that our economy has already arrived at the new stage of high quality development based on the background of the new era,which demonstrates the necessity of constructing a complete domestic demand system.This paper discusses the need to build a complete domestic demand system from both the demand side and the supply side,to meet the new development pattern in residents,enterprises,government macro and micro levels of the cultivation and construction of a complete domestic demand system,reflects the construction of a complete domestic demand system of practice.The paper takes Marx’s capital circulation theory and social capital reproduction theory as the theoretical basis,and takes the strong advantages of China’s super-large scale market and socialism system with Chinese characteristics as the realistic basis,which reflects the rationality of constructing a complete domestic demand system.Based on the structural imbalance of real economy,market allocation of factors,basic research and core technology innovation,this paper comprehensively analyzes the hindering factors of building a complete domestic demand system.On this basis,specific strategic countermeasures for building a complete domestic demand system are discussed according to the blocking points and difficulties of each part.
