The manufacturing industry plays a great role in promoting the national economy and is an important carrier for promoting the improvement of comprehensive national strength and competitive strength.It also makes significant co ntributions to creating economic gross domestic product and plays an irreplaceable role in solving the problem of people’s livelihood and employment.Since the implementation of China’s reform and opening up policy,after more than 40 years of accumulation and development,the manufacturing industry in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area has formed a huge scale,with a relatively complete internal structure of the manufacturing industry,forming a good situation where high-tech manufacturing coexists with a large number of traditional manufacturing industries.The manufacturing industry in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area is concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region.Due to years of extensive development,the problem of resource waste and environmental damage in the region is extremely serious.Studying the influencing factors and their relationships of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area,and proposing corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,will help the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area build a world advanced manufacturing base faster..Based on the existing achievements at home and abroad,this article has completed the following tasks: First,analyze the development status of the manufacturing industry in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao,and identify its problems in collaborative development;Secondly,from the perspective of synergetics,this paper analyzes the s ynergy mechanism of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao,and further discusses the applicability of synergetics theory to the transformation and upgrading of the manufact uring industry in the Greater Bay Area;Thirdly,construct an order parameter model based on principal components,and construct appropriate state variable indicators for analysis,so as to analyze the key factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao;Fourth,based on the above results,propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.Based on the current situation and problems of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao,and combined with the model calculation results of this article,this article believes that although the various entities in the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao have started collaborative cooperation,there ar e still some problems.Therefore,it is necessary for the government to further strengthen coordination and management,promote synergy and cooperation among various entities,and strengthen communication and exchange between various entities,enhance mutu al understanding and trust,and establish closer cooperative relationships.In addition,it is also necessary for the government to increase its support for the green environmental protection industry,provide more policy and financial support for enterpri ses,and strengthen the supervision and implementation of environmental regulations to ensure that the green environmental protection transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry achieve more significant results.This article provides a new perspective for the research on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.On the one hand,it enriches the literature on the transformation and upgrading of regional manufacturing industry,and on the other hand,it provides beneficial enlightenment for the development of the manufacturing industry in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao,based on the perspective of synergetics.
