With the continuous expansion of the scale of our country’s market economy,our country’s service industry has developed rapidly in recent years.As an important part of the service industry,the hotel industry is facing increasingly fierce competition,which puts forward higher requirements for the development of human resources in the hotel industry.This article takes the grassroots employees of M Hotel as the research object,and analyzes the current performance appraisal of the hotel through interviews,questionnaires and other methods.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the current performance appraisal of M Hotel has weak matching between strategic goals and performance appraisal system,unreasonable appraisal index setting,too long performance appraisal cycle leading to poor incentive effect,no performance appraisal feedback,and single application of appraisal results,etc.question.On the basis of reason analysis,this paper proposes optimization measures and implementation guarantees from the four dimensions of performance appraisal planning,implementation,feedback,and result application.The relevant conclusions of the text have certain practical application value for improving the current performance appraisal system of M Hotel,allowing the work of grassroots employees to be reflected in the performance appraisal system of the hotel,encouraging employees to make continuous progress,and achieving the hotel’s development goals.Provide theoretical support and practical reference for employee performance appraisal system.
