Now the world is in the era of knowledge economy,the market environment and pattern are changing rapidly,the high-tech enterprises with knowledge as the main productivity are facing unprecedented challenges.As the main human capital of high-tech enterprises,knowledge technology-based employees play an important role in the development of enterprises.How to establish an incentive mechanism for technical employees and effectively motivate them,so as to give full play to the ability of technical employees and achieve a win-win situation of employees and enterprises is the key to sustainable development.This paper first refers to the relevant research results at home and abroad,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey to analyze the current status of the incentive mechanism of technical staff in CF Company,and draws three main factors that affect the enthusiasm of technical staff.Secondly,through the analysis of existing problems,the use of scientific human resource management theory and incentive theory as guidance,we can understand the current incentive level of the company,and then find out the relevant factors of incentive failure,and analyze the existing problems and causes of incentive mechanism.Finally,based on the company’s actual situation and research analysis,the incentive plan for CF’s technical staff was optimized from both material and spiritual aspects,and the relevant optimization implementation guarantee measures were formulated.By focusing on CF Company,a developing technology company,this paper hopes to establish and optimize the incentive mechanism of typical knowledge workers such as technicians,so as to improve the enthusiasm of technicians and lay a good foundation for the strategic development of the company.
