Core technology staff is critical to the development of high and new technology enterprise,enterprise incentive mechanism on core technical staff to the reduction of the core technical staff turnover,improve staffs work enthusiasm and give full play to the staff value is of great significance.Is common at present domestic high-tech enterprise technical staff personnel fluidity big,lack of incentive to attract and motivate knowledge workers,improve their working enthusiasm,cultivate their loyalty,the most basic condition is to know and understand them,fundamentally understand employees' ideas and values,the core technology to understand their expectations and requirements of enterprises,the core technical staff responsibilities and rights and obligations and they have rewarded is consistent,so as to formulate feasible human resource policy,take effective measures to fully excite the work enthusiasms of skilled workers.In this paper,the high and new technology enterprise core staff incentive mechanism question has carried on the thorough research.First on incentive theory,demand theory,elaborates the theoretical basis,such as psychological contract theory,and then based on the psychological contract theory to design the incentive factors of the high and new technology enterprise questionnaire,selecting east magnetic shares as a case,the high and new technology enterprise core staff incentive factors and the existing incentive mechanism to the importance of the degree of satisfaction investigation,such as using questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis method for the east magnetic core technology research the present situation and problems of staff motivation,analyzed the existing problems.Finally based on the existing research results,the incentive mechanism of core technical staff combined with the incentive theory and the theory of psychological contract,designed for the core technical staff of east magnetic shares scientific incentive mechanism,and ensure implementation strategies are put forward.Core technical staff is the core of a high and new technology enterprise human resources advantage,this study selected east magnetic co as an example to explore the incentive mechanism of high-tech enterprise core technical staff,to solve technical staff in high-tech enterprises liquidity problems,the sense of belonging is not strong,low efficiency of management,has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.
