In recent years, more and more enterprises pursue economic interests while taking the initiative to bear corporate social responsibility(CSR).Based on the actual background of recycling enterprise bearing social responsibility, this paper considers the three different recycling efforts of enterprises providing recycling services, consumers paying environmental protection efforts and co-creating value between enterprises and consumers, and constructs a reverse supply chain model formed by processors, network recyclers, the recycling enterprise alliance and consumer groups.Using Stackelberg game theory, the impact of different recycling efforts on supply chain members’ decisions and benefits on waste electrical and electronic equipment(WEEE)recycling pricing is studied, and effective conclusions and management implications are drawn. The results show that:(1)When the network recycler provides recycling services, compared with the processor bearing the CSR,in the case of the network recycler bearing CSR the amount of recycling, the benefit of the recycler, the profit and benefit of the processor, consumer surplus and social welfare are higher, and the economic profit of the recycler is lower. When network recyclers and processors form the recycling enterprise alliance to make decisions, the "double marginal effect" is eliminated, and supply chain efficiency, consumer surplus, and social welfare are maximized;(2)When consumers provide environmental protection efforts, compared with the processor bearing the CSR,in the case of the network recycler bearing CSR consumer surplus and social welfare are higher, and the economic profit of the recycler is lower. In both cases, the relationship between the benefits of network recyclers depends on the interrelationship between the degree to which the enterprise bears CSR,the sensitivity of consumer environmental efforts, and costs. When network recyclers and processors form the recycling enterprise alliance, the supply chain profits and benefits, consumer surplus, and social welfare reach the maximum;(3)When the recycling enterprise alliance undertakes CSR,it considers value co-creation with consumers so that the amount of product recycling, the benefits of the enterprise alliance, consumer surplus, and social welfare are further improved.Enterprises can effectively improve profits by cocreating value with consumers when the degree of CSR is low,but value co-creation with consumers when the degree of CSR is high will cause excessive increase in the cost of value co-creation,and the economic profits of the alliance will be damaged;(4)The two-way interactive value co-creation between the recycling enterprise alliance and the consumer group needs to pay a higher recycling price compared to the one-way recycling service for consumers, but attracts the active participation of consumers, effectively promotes product recycling, and brings greater economic profits and benefits;the two-way interactive value co-creation between the recycling enterprise alliance and the consumer group pays a lower recycling price compared to the consumer’s one-way environmental protection efforts, but a certain value co-creation investment has created more waste product recycling, brought greater economic benefits, and increased consumer surplus, but the comparison of the economic profit of the enterprise alliance is related to the degree to which it bears CSR.
