At present,global scientific and technological innovation has entered an unprecedented active period.Rounds of scientific and technological changes and industrial innovation are reshaping the global economic structure at a visible speed.However,for some small and medium-sized traditional retail service enterprises with low talent quality,when the repeated epidemic leads to the cooling of the consumer end and the rising human and property costs squeeze the meager profits of the enterprise,the last straw to crush the company is often the lack of talents in key positions within the enterprise.When the management team is short of major generals,the development speed of the company is slow,and human resources can not support the achievement of strategic objectives,the serious consequences of insufficient talent reserves for key posts will surface.It can be seen that the construction of talent echelon focusing on key positions is a very important human resources strategy for small,medium-sized and micro private enterprises.It is one of the necessary conditions to support enterprises to achieve business objectives and development strategies.In view of this,the author takes HLT company as the research object to write this paper.Based on the theories of competency model,talent inventory and career development planning,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of talents in key positions and the problems in the construction of talent echelon in HLT company,and puts forward the construction strategy of talent echelon in key positions more suitable for the operation and development needs of HLT company.Through the classification of key positions,the establishment of competency model,the organization of talent inventory,the setting of dynamic talent reserve pool and other methods,combined with the methods of questionnaire,interview and literature analysis,this paper has formulated a practical implementation scheme for the talent echelon construction of key positions in HLT company.The research,analysis and conclusion of the talent echelon construction of key posts made by HLT company have a good reference significance for small and medium-sized private enterprises,especially the traditional retail chain enterprises.It is hoped that this paper can make some modest contribution to the talent supply of traditional retail chain enterprises.
