When executives layer was in privation of choose and employ persons,helpless,will lead to enterprise development underpowered,performance gradually decline,the main enterprises lack of talent,make human resources and enterprise development.A lack of talent,in the short term can lead to enterprise development is slow,kills the enterprise economic growth for a long time.So talent construction is the foundation of enterprise long-term development strategy,and should be proactive.Talent echelon construction is based on the strategic requirements of enterprises in different periods of planning to recruit,train the future development of the required personnel,the goal is to develop a long-term strategy for the long-term development of enterprises,the purpose is to make the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.In order to improve the management decision-making ability,control the employment risk,and retain the core talent,Z enterprise must perfect the talent construction.Based on domestic human resources theory and human resources theory,using questionnaire survey method,the status of Z enterprise personnel construction is analyzed,and the problems of Z enterprises are summarized.The problems of the existence of enterprises are;lack of talent,talent development path is not perfect and basic education level is not high.Corporate executives for the above issues through careful analysis and careful investigation,a clear shift in people's ideas,improve the use of human mechanism,improve the core personnel,improve staff loyalty,to take a variety of training methods,the implementation of composite training standards,to develop training plan,establish long-term training mechanism,start the company's "morning program",improve the incentive mechanism for the elimination of competition,to carry out personnel building assessment.Improve the quality of service for the future development of enterprises to lay a good foundation.
