Research On The Relationship Between Digital Agriculture And Rural Revitalization In Our Country

With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology,digital economy is accelerating the adjustment of economic development model,as a major industrial economic growth of new momentum and new engine.But our country digital agriculture is still in the primary stage,therefore in recent years,our country many policy revolves“The digital agriculture”“The countryside revitalizes”to carry on the deployment,all of them put forward the idea of agricultural production and digital agriculture,so as to promote the high-quality development of agriculture and realize the goal of rural development.Digital agriculture is an important way to realize rural revitalization,which provides strong support for rural revitalization.Rural Development is a comprehensive revitalization of industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations.It will also provide a vast space for the development of digital agriculture finance in Sunac.Therefore,it is necessary to study the concrete dynamic relationship between digital agriculture and rural revitalization in our country.On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign literatures,this paper constructs the measurement index system of the development level of digital agriculture and rural revitalization in our country,the entropy method was used to measure the development level of digital agriculture and rural revitalization in 302021 provinces(cities)(except Tibet)from 2013 to 2021;The paper empirically analyzes the dynamic and causal relationship between digital agriculture and rural revitalization in our country through the panel PVAR model,and applies the coupling coordination degree model to the 2021 of 2013-2021,the coupling and coordinated development of digital agriculture and rural revitalization in our country is analyzed,and its changing trend and spatial distribution characteristics are observed.On this basis,the relevant policy recommendations are given.The results of this paper are as follows: first,the level of digital agriculture and rural revitalization in our country is on the rise,but the regional differences are also obvious,showing a“High east and low west”spatial distribution characteristics;2.There is a long-term equilibrium relationship between digital agriculture and rural revitalization in our country,which shows that the relationship and effect between them are dynamic,interactive and two-way,moreover,the effect of digital agriculture on rural revitalization is more obvious through variance decomposition, and the coupling and coordination degrees of rural revitalization of digital agriculture in 2021 provinces from 2013 to 2021 are all moving in a positive direction,but in the space shows “ East High West low ” spatial distribution characteristics.The coordination level in the eastern part of our country is higher than that in the middle and western part,but both of them have crossed the state of slight imbalance.Indicating that the eastern region has a high pattern of coupling and coordination and spatial linkage,while the central-western and northeastern regions lack regions with a high level of coupling and coordinated development of digital agriculture and rural revitalization,fourth,to improve the level of digital agriculture and rural revitalization in China and to achieve the coordinated development of the two,we must take measures to strengthen the support of digital agriculture and rural revitalization,we should formulate the policy of differentiation,increase the demonstration points,enlarge and enhance the sample’s leading effect and so on.
