Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing and other technologies,financial data intelligent transformation has become a trend,enterprises have carried out financial transformation,innovation of financial management forms,reshaping business processes.In recent years,some domestic enterprises began to try to establish financial sharing service centers,in order to improve the financial quality,improve the efficiency of business processing and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Financial sharing service center is the product of in-depth development in the era of digital economy.Supported by information system and advanced technology,it transforms business processes,processes financial work online and centrally,and provides support and reference for the whole process of enterprise business by sharing data and information,so that business and finance can be further integrated and work efficiency and group management and control ability can be improved.It also creates more value for the enterprise.However,at present,our financial sharing is still in the infancy stage,and many technologies and information systems are not mature enough.Business processes,organizational personnel management and other operational aspects also need to be optimized.As a leading dairy enterprise,M Group has numerous original farms,branches,subsidiaries and control companies all over the world,with a wide range of products and a complex business structure.In order to improve the quality of operation and management,reduce financial costs and improve management efficiency,the group began to prepare for the establishment of the financial sharing service center in 2009,hoping to realize the efficient use of corporate resources and funds through the financial transformation of shared services.In 2015,the overall construction of the financial sharing service center was completed and entered the promotion stage.This paper chooses M Group as the case study,mainly discusses the operation effect of M Group’s financial sharing service center and the existing problems in operation optimization,analyzes the causes,and puts forward reasonable optimization suggestions.At the same time,it also provides some references for the construction and operation of other enterprises’ financial sharing service center.First of all,relevant literature at home and abroad is collated and reviewed,financial sharing and related concepts and theories used in the research are explained,and then the development status of M Group and the operation and construction status of financial sharing service center are analyzed.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate and analyze the factors influencing the operation effect of the financial sharing service center qualitatively and quantitatively by combining the balanced scorecard and expert scoring.According to the importance of the factors influencing the operation effect,some problems that should be paid attention to in the future operation optimization of M Group are put forward accordingly.Then,from the aspects of business process,information system and personnel management,the causes of the problems are deeply analyzed,and the optimization suggestions are put forward.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is summarized and the future research is prospected.
