The level of employee engagement has a profound impact on enterprise performance and long-term development.Highly engaged employees usually work harder and bring more value to the organization.They will be more focused on customer needs,more focused on teamwork,and more active in seeking innovation and improvement.The higher the employee engagement,the more passionate and motivated they will be to complete the work task,instead of absenteeism,late and early leave,work efficiency decline and other problems,which will contribute to the development of the enterprise and the improvement of performance.In literature research and employee interviews,it is found that the average level of engagement of the new generation of employees in C company is low.In order to better understand the influencing factors,we developed a questionnaire for the engagement of the new generation of employees in C company,and conducted a detailed analysis of the data.We find that the main factors affecting the engagement of the new generation of employees in Company C are as follows: the different situations and needs of employees lead to the differences in the engagement level under the same work scenario;The enterprise does not fully consider the characteristics of the post and the ability of talents,resulting in the mismatch of personnel and posts,and the relationship between the career development of employees is not enough.There is a lack of organizational support and a sense of equality within the enterprise,the negative mentality of the employees is overstocked,the activities of the person in charge cannot effectively guide and create the entire internal working environment of the enterprise,the overall arrangement of funds and talents is not scientific,systematic and clear,and there are some problems in the compensation and welfare system of the new generation of employees.All these lead to the lack of effective incentives in C company,which affects their enthusiasm and initiative in work.According to the analysis of the current situation of employee engagement in C company,a set of influence model of employee engagement is established by integrating various reasons.In order to improve the engagement of the new generation of employees in C company,we put forward a series of improvement measures,including the personal level: we hope that the new generation of employees can complete the work independently,enrich the work elements of the new generation of employees,improve the sense of self-efficacy of the new generation of employees,and stimulate their work motivation through learning;Organizational level: We expect that the company can provide adequate support and resources for the new generation of employees,the management can improve the relationship between the new generation of employees and leaders by changing the leadership level,and provide diversified incentive mechanism for the new generation of employees.Job level: We hope that the company can provide more training opportunities for the new generation of employees,improve the company’s flexible work system,and provide multi-channel career development for the new generation of employees to improve and guide their career development planning.C company can improve the engagement of the new generation of employees through the above measures,and can provide similar enterprises with reference experience,and hope to make certain contributions to the research work of the new generation of employees.
