| After decades of development,China’s aerospace technology has already ranked among the top in the world.But the developed countries,led by Europe and the United States,have increased restrictions on the import of high-end electronic components from China.Out of the need of national security and social stability and prosperity,the country has put forward the requirement of "100% localization" of aerospace products.In this context,the localization requirements of aerospace model projects are becoming more urgent,and the industrial chain of localization projects is also becoming larger.From basic components to modules,subassemblies to single machines,and finally assembled into systems,localization development has risen from the original low-level supporting to the key link of model development.However,with the increase in the number of localization projects,the compression of development progress,high requirements for product reliability and complex requirements for technical indicators,but no increase in resource guarantee,the project undertaken by HX enterprise appears to delay delivery.This paper first analyzes the status quo of HX enterprise’s stand of localization development of single machine schedule management,,and points out that there is no method to evaluate the duration of project activities in the project management process,the low level of independent controllable management,and the lack of progress monitoring system.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing the past experience and problems,it is urgent to take effective methods to improve the management of schedule.Secondly,by comprehensively analyzing the characteristics of development schedule management of Chinese space models,single machine products and domestic projects,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the progress management of aerospace model localization development project which need to be solved urgently.The improvement ideas and methods of HX company in schedule management and management improvement schemes based on critical path method and plan review technology are put forward.In the process of scheme design,according to the research and development process of single aerospace products,combined with the characteristics of model management,the method of changing component selection,adjusting the project progress monitoring mode,improving the efficiency of the progress management tool and other methods,carried out the scientific research progress management activities under the condition of resource constraints.Finally,the effectiveness of the improvement was verified through the application example of the development project.During the whole research process,solving the applicable problems of project management theory method in a special industry and forming effective schedule management methods.Thus,it will improve the project schedule management ability and enterprise efficiency of the space model development units,strengthen the core competitiveness of our country in the field of aviation technology,and provide guarantees for national defense construction and national security. |
