Research On Schedule Control Management Based On XXXX Space Model Project

With the continuous development of our country in the field of aerospace technology,there is increasingly urgent requirement of project management.Research and analysis the problems for the process of aerospace schedule management have important theoretical and practical significance on improving and our aerospace model and ensuring the successful implementation of aerospace.This paper studies the research background and significance,an overview and analysis of the theoretical researches on the project schedule management and practical application of the contents briefly.Then,analyzes the challenges of aerospace research,current development of project management,and the characteristics of development management.At the same time,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the aerospace project schedule control and management,including the plan and the actual phase inconsistent,the progress control node not accurate,the information transmission not smooth and the management mode not reasonable.This paper also analyzes the causes of the problems.The reason is mainly planning and decision-making not scientific,the lack of progress control of excitation control mechanism,lack of effective communication and efficient management mode not formed and so on.And then,according to the existing problems and reasons of the aerospace model engineering project,this paper puts forward the improved method of aerospace schedule control and management,which are aerospace and schedule management design principles,design principle,and the concrete modified ways of our country spaceflight project schedule control and management,mainly including scientific planning and decision-making,specification of the incentive control mechanism,effectiveness of information communication and effective management modes.Finally,to set XXXX project schedule management as an example,this paper applies the improved method of aerospace project schedule control and management to the XXXX project.Based on critical chain and work breakdown structure(WBS)schedule control and management,the improved method of effective aerospace project schedule control and management are implemented to the XXXX project schedule management.Through the case study of the XXXX project,it provides an effective method for the schedule control and management of our country's aerospace project.
