| The rapid development of catering has spawned the demand for convenience and standardization of compound seasonings.In this context,a large number of related enterprises emerge at the historic moment,SNS compound condiments company is one of them.As a leading company in this industry,SNS has maintained a 50 percent growth rate for many years until 2020.In recent two years,affected by some factors,in 2022,SNS company’s operating revenue growth rate is only about 8%.So through the design of appropriate and effective development strategy,to promote SNS companies to win the competition and achieve sustained high growth is the main goal of this thesis.By using PEST,internal data collection and market research to analyze the inside and outside of SNS company,it summarizes the external opportunities,external challenges,internal advantages and internal disadvantages of SNS company.At the same time,based on the internal analysis and research of the enterprise,18 core competence identification items of SNS Company are summarized.Then,the comprehensive analysis is carried out by using SWOT matrix and SWOT strategy quadrilateral,and the development strategy of related diversification is determined.Using the questionnaire method to identify 18 enterprise capacity items,6 core competencies of SNS companies were identified.Through the analysis,it is found that SNS company has a high level of core competence.But it also faces such a powerful threat as prepared dishes.Based on this situation and the core competencies of SNS,a related diversified development strategy was planned.This strategy is mainly divided into three parts:weakening the flavor and fragrance business,improving the compound seasoning business and developing the prepared dishes business.And according to the needs of strategy implementation,seven guarantee measures have been formulated,which including optimizing the existing organizational structure,improving the level of human resource management,innovation in business models,continuous investment in technology research and development,improvement and breakthrough in digitalization,international raw material procurement capabilities lifting and centralization of production bases. |
