With the strong support at the policy level,inclusive finance has developed steadily.Inclusive credit loan is the focus of inclusive finance,and major banks and financing institutions compete to seize a place in inclusive finance.In order to improve business efficiency and customer experience,the application of artificial intelligence starts to rise,and customer demands are gradually diversified,resulting in increased pressure on employees in the financial industry and job burnout from top to bottom.The centralized operation center of financial institutions has the characteristics of knowledge-intensive,zero error tolerance and continuous work,which requires the staff to have high psychological quality and withstand pressure.Because the employees are young and highly educated,they are engaged in single and mechanical work for a long time and cannot take rest in accordance with the normal statutory holidays,resulting in low sense of achievement,confusion and fatigue of employees.The road to promotion is narrow and long,and the lack of career planning leads to self-doubt and frustration among employees,which leads to job burnout.For individual employees,it affects their physical and mental health;For enterprises,it also causes problems such as difficult management,staff loss and corporate image.This paper takes the employees of the Chengdu Branch Center of the credit Approval Department of Enterprise A as samples.On the basis of referring to the CMBI measurement table designed by Li Yongxin,questionnaires and interviews were formulated based on the actual situation,and questionnaires were conducted on 124 employees and in-depth interviews were conducted with 8 employees.The survey results show that the degree of burnout of employees in the Chengdu branch center is different among variables such as gender,marriage,age,education,seniority,and position,and the occurrence of burnout is affected by a combination of internal and external factors.The factors affecting burnout were studied from the individual employees,work nature,and organizational levels,and the differentiating factors were explored by regression analysis,and countermeasures to alleviate burnout were proposed at the individual and organizational levels according to the analysis results.It is hoped that this paper can alleviate the burnout phenomenon of the Chengdu Branch of the Credit Approval Department of Enterprise A,and also provide reference suggestions for similar institutions.
