The enterprise portal platform is a comprehensive platform for information sharing,collaborative office and application integration within the enterprise,and it is also an important tool and means in the process of enterprise management.The enterprise portal platform can make the use of enterprise information resources more efficient,and is an important basis for enterprises to implement standardized management and scientific decision-making.So this theme has also received extensive attention in the field of enterprise knowledge management in recent years.This thesis takes the middle office portal platform of Company P as the main research object,introduces the research background and significance,and expounds the development process and research status of portal platform products at home and abroad.The research method combining Kano model and QFD model was used to complete a series of studies from demand analysis to functional design,which provided strong support for the construction project of Company P’s middle office portal.Firstly,the expert interview method is used to collect the requirements of middle office portal products,and the preliminary middle office portal demand pool is established by combining the analysis of competitive functions of portal products.The importance score of demand was obtained by questionnaire survey,and the requirements were classified according to the Kano model.After using the correction method in the Kano model to calculate the requirements classification,the importance of each user requirement of the middle office portal is obtained.Then,the QFD model is used to establish a correlation matrix between user requirements and functional elements,and the importance of the requirements obtained above is brought into this matrix to obtain the importance of each functional element,and the functional priority is ranked,which completes the transformation of user requirements to functional elements in the middle office portal of Company P.The top priority ranking of the results is the functional modules such as product introduction and cases,the functional modules such as product recommendation,iterative update,and evaluation feedback are in the middle of the priority ranking,and the lower ranking is the functional module of message notification and demand management.Finally,according to the priority ranking of the importance of each function,the functional design ideas of the middle office portal of Company P are determined and the product prototype diagram is completed.In this thesis,Kano model combined with QFD model is used to study the construction of P company’s portal platform.The research results make a positive contribution to the construction of P Company’s middle office portal,and provide a new theoretical perspective and support for the research and design of portal products in the future.At the same time,the research method combining Kano model and QFD is extended to more fields. |
