| During the global outbreak of COVID-19,the medical industry is developing rapidly,and the medical equipment used for detection,diagnosis and related treatment is increasing rapidly.Meanwhile,Due to the trade conflict between China and the United States and the extreme supply shortage of the global semiconductor industry,the survival of the manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly severe and competitive.G company is a manufacturer of control panel used on medical device that have been facing problems like inaccurate raw material purchase quantity,frequent delayed delivery of control panel,and low degree of business support from suppliers because of no optimization on traditional purchasing strategy which relied on experience and subjective judgement.This have brought consequences of inventory backlog or line down,customer complaints,supplier business cooperation can not be smoothly carried out and so on.As a result,the qty of raw materials purchased can not meet the production demand as well as failed on time delivery to customer.This thesis aims to optimize purchasing management on raw material of the control panel in G company under the theories of supply chain management,purchasing management and supplier management.Firstly,the secondary data were used to calculate the rate of accuracy of purchasing demand,timely delivery rate of demand,timely delivery rate of control panel orders and the comparison of purchasing amount and related quantity of suppliers allocated to find the key problems of inaccurate raw material purchase quantity of control panel,delayed delivery of control panel and low business support degree of suppliers.Secondly,This thesis uses Karajack model,simple average moving method,weighted moving average method,exponential smoothing method,linear regression method and analytic hierarchy process to optimize the classification of raw materials,demand forecast,purchasing mode and supplier selection respectively.Finally,the corresponding implementation plan and safeguard measures are formulated in order to provide a more scientific management method for the raw material purchasing management of control panel in G company.The conclusion of the thesis shows that the optimization scheme in this thesis can improve the accuracy of of raw material purchase quantity of control panel under certain conditions.This not only provides a certain basis for the control panel raw material purchasing management optimization of G company.It also provides practical guidance for the purchasing management optimization of raw materials for other business units of the company.At the same time,it can also provide some reference value for other similar foreign manufacturing enterprises in the optimization of raw material purchasing management. |
