| With the development of the economy,the number of government bidding projects has also shown a significant increase.However,while the scale of bidding projects has increased,the development of agencies is relatively lagging behind,and the development strategy of enterprises needs to be further optimized and adjusted.Currently,there are also some common problems in the industry,such as the low level of professionalism of employees,business simplification,intermediary violations,malicious low prices,and so on.At the same time,the lowering of the threshold for the bidding agency industry has posed a certain threat and impact to the bidding companies in the industry.How a company can maintain its stable development while ensuring its existing business,and how to adapt to the needs of reform,are currently important issues that require urgent attention.Henan YX Tendering Company,as a professional bidding agency enterprise,has gradually developed into a well-known bidding agency company in the bidding agency industry in Henan Province over the past 20 years.While obtaining many achievements,with the cancellation of qualifications in the industry,policies have brought a significant impact on the development of the company.The company is working to be a full-process engineering consulting service provider.Based on the above background,this article takes YX Company as a case study,through in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment,to design and adjust its development strategy and formulate targeted security measures.The internal and external environment of YX Company is analyzed in combination with relevant theories such as PEST and value chain.In addition,internal IFE matrices are used to analyze environmental factors that may affect YX Company’s internal competitive advantage,including its business processes.After clarifying the internal and external environment and advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,the SWOT model is used to clarify the strategic situation that the enterprise should adopt,and on this basis,the QSPM strategic scoring model is used to conduct expert scoring on the enterprise’s strategic selection projects.It aims to build the company into a comprehensive engineering whole-process support service oriented enterprise.This article believes that the overall development strategy of enterprises should be defined as vertical integration strategy and blue ocean strategy,expanding the scope of business services and deepening reform vertically.At the same time,combining with the enterprise development strategy,this article proposes targeted security measures including optimizing the human resource management system,adjusting the organizational structure,and strengthening the construction of enterprise brand culture.It is hoped that through the adjustment and optimization of the above development strategies,YX Company will be provided with clear development ideas,develop development strategies,actively explore diversified business development models,and also provide a beneficial enlightenment to bidding enterprises that are also in similar difficulties. |
