A Research On The Standardized Development Of Community Group-buying

In recent years,the rapid development of Internet platform economy has extended from the initial social networking and shopping fields to online car booking,food delivery and other fields.Community group buying has also emerged.Community group-buying is a new business transaction model,which is the product of the comprehensive and rapid development of human society and the continuous innovation of social science and technology.The healthy development of community group-buying can improve social and economic benefits,optimize industrial structure,promote technological replacement,stabilize social order and promote the development of social productivity.As a new thing,community groupbuying has achieved great development and still has a relatively broad space for development in the future.But in the course of its development,there are still some problems,the root of these problems and the solution strategy,need to be studied theoretically.On the basis of previous studies,this paper adheres to the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,takes the relationship theory of government and market,new development concept and the thought of regulating capital development as the theoretical basis,and analyzes and explores these problems from the perspective of Marxist political economy.Starting from the history of community group-buying,this paper divides the development process of community group-buying into four stages,and selects a typical case in which government departments regulate the development of community group-buying for discussion and analysis,and demonstrates a key node in the standardized development process of community group-buying with specific cases,which also lays a foundation for the discussion of community group-buying issues below.Then this paper discusses the four necessities of the standardized development of community group-buying and establishes the evaluation model of the standardized development of community group-buying by using the analytic hierarchy process,and carries on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis to the status quo of the standardized development of community group-buying.Combined with the evaluation results and the actual situation,there are still some problems in competition regulation and consumer rights protection of community group-buying.The causes of these problems can be attributed to two aspects: one is the disorderly expansion of capital,the other is the imperfect system of government governance.The disorderly expansion of capital is caused by the profit-seeking of capital itself,the complex corporate power relationship,and the headwind of the expansion of capital globalization.The imperfect governance system is mainly reflected in the two aspects of laws and regulations to be improved and weak supervision.Finally,based on the research,this paper puts forward the thoughts and specific paths of the standardized development of community group-buying.The thoughts of standardized development have two aspects: on the one hand,it should be standardized,and on the other hand,it should be guided forward.We should focus on the disorderly expansion of capital and take the new development concept as the development guide.There are four specific approaches: first,to regulate market behavior by law;second,to innovate government supervision;third,to support enterprise competition;and fourth,to ensure the livelihood of people at the bottom such as small traders.Compared with the existing research results in the theoretical field,the innovation of this paper is reflected in the following aspects: Firstl,this paper takes the government-market relationship theory and the new development concept in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the guidance to study the community group-buying produced and developed on the land of China,and the theoretical basis is more in line with the community group-buying still growing in China.Secondly,this paper tries to construct the evaluation model of the standardized development of community group-buying and carries on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Thirdly,this paper tries to discuss the crux of the chaos of community group buying from the two aspects of capital and government.It not only sees the factor of government control,but also tries to connect the problem of community group buying with various problems that have occurred in the whole platform economy,and analyzes the main driver of the chaos of community group buying--capital disorderly expansion.Fourthly,this paper comprehensively considers the chaos of community group-buying and the reasons behind it,and tries to put forward more detailed and operational countermeasures and suggestions,which include a broader scope.
