A System Of HPRTS Based On Group AHP And Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

HPRTS is a form of modern highway passenger services. It is based on highway system. By using senior passenger vehicles and scientific management, it can provide passengers with safe, fast and comfortable travels. As a new transportation, HPRST has a lot to be improved. As a result, in order to guarantee the healthy and fast development of HPRTS, it will be quite helpful to propose a set of reasonable and effective evaluation system, obtain its potential problems in its future development at the first place and bring forth certain solutions. Nevertheless, there are many problems existing in the theory and practice of HPRTS. Thus, researches on the general assessment of HPRTS will have both theoretical and practical meanings.On the basis of the achievements of system assessments both home and abroad, the paper studied the general assessment and evaluating methods of HPRST in view to its features. In general, the research in the paper can be concluded as followings:1. The features of HPRST was analyzed, the evaluating methods of the system was concluded, and the comparative study between the evaluating methods of HPRST was done.2. Through the analysis of effect factors of HPRST, the evaluating indexes and their computing methods were designed. Meanwhile the weigh of each computing method was educed by the triangle fuzzy numbers.3. The group decision of fuzzy AHP was studied; triangle fuzzy AHP was used to compute HPRST index weigh. In addition, general assessment of HPRTS was studied by combing general fuzzy assessment and evidence theory method.4. On the basis of the oretical research, the assessment method and results were verified. Finally, the result showed that the assessment system was scientific and reasonable, therefore the assessment result was reliable.At present, HPRTS is developing rapidly; the corresponding theories are required to make sure its healthy development at the mean time. According to this, the paper studied the general assessment of HPRTS. And the results of the paper will provide decision makings for the highway transportation.
