Research On The Standardization Development Evaluation Of Farmers’ Cooperatives In China From The Perspective Of Market Reform

With the continuous intensification of social contradictions in the Western market economy,the farmer cooperatives system was established.By the 1930 s,China’s farmer cooperatives began to sprout.In the 21 st century,the rapid development of farmer professional cooperatives in China has become an important organization carrier to promote the development of agricultural industrialization,promoting the construction of new countryside and increasing farmers’ income.During this period,the market-oriented reform has been deepening,and the pattern of agricultural products has gradually changed to the buyer’s market.And the individual farmers who have been pushed to the forefront of the market are still lacking the ability to respond independently to fierce competition even in the farmer cooperative model.There are still many problems in the standardization development of farmer professional cooperatives in our country,especially the lag of the standardization development evaluation,which makes the dilemma not be solved at all.Obviously,why should support the standardization of cooperative development,how to support the development of farmer cooperatives,the government through which channels and ways to effectively support the organization to obtain standardized development.This is a series of issues worthy of in-depth discussion,but also the normative evaluation of the logical basis of the problem.First of all,agriculture is the basis of national economy,farmer cooperatives standardized development of the first important thing is to promote the development of agriculture and rural modernization,improving the actual income level of farmers.But even today’s society,agriculture and agricultural production and management of farmers are still faced with other industries and their employees higher market risk and natural risk with weak characteristics.In particular,the contradictions between our people and land are very difficult.Farmers’ income is difficult to be guaranteed through the market.With the relatively low cultural quality of farmers,the agricultural labor productivity is not high,and the labor income of farmers is difficult to improve in the short term.It can be seen that under the condition of market economy,as the important form of agricultural production and management and farmers ’organization degree,the standardized development of farmer professional cooperatives is the inevitable requirement of agriculture,countryside and farmers’ development.Secondly,the development of farmer professional cooperatives in China is not only a natural process of continuous experimentation and reform,but also a process of continuous guidance,promotion and help of economic and social system environment.Research shows that the scale of the professional cooperatives in China is not high,and the influence is not enough.In this regard,there must be an open mind,starting from the overall development of Chinese cooperatives,according to the particularity and stage of farmer cooperatives,to carry out constructive social criticism and external supervision institutions.To prevent the peasant professional cooperatives "alienation" phenomenon for the farmers’ rights and interests of the damage,to prevent the emergence of bad rent or improper support and so on.Supporting large-scale cooperation of farmers,farmer professional cooperatives provide standardized development of professional and modern management,to enhance the competitiveness of farmers cooperatives in essence.On the whole,China’s farmers’ cooperatives are the joint organizations of the disadvantaged groups under the market economy.As agricultural risks do not naturally eliminate,the contradiction between small farmers and big markets will not be resolved immediately.Even if the farmer’s professional cooperatives may replace and introduce more important factors of production to a certain extent.But if the lack of standardized development,in particular,it did not produce significant changes from the rural social structure of such aspects,farmers cooperatives will not eventually have a great effort.Drawing on international experience,in order to consolidate and enhance the quality of the development of farmer cooperatives,which requires the strong support of the government,through the establishment of standardized development requirements.
