With the development of Chinese economic society and the deepening of reform and opening up,social wealth and residents’ personal property are growing rapidly,DT wealth Management company also ushered in explosive growth.DT Wealth Management has grown steadily since its inception in 2011,and is now ranked number one in the industry and a leader in the wealth management industry.Up to now,the company has provided quality services to more than 80060 high net worth clients and more than 1700 institutional clients.This paper mainly focuses on the study of high net worth customers,because this group is different from ordinary customers for the company,and it is the group that brings the most economic benefits to the company.The research data has certain research basis and practical research significance.With the development of the current market economy,the competition for customers is becoming more and more fierce.High net worth customers are the resources that wealth management institutions are bound to compete for.High net worth customer relationship management is particularly important for the development of enterprises.In the research stage of this thesis,through literature research,data analysis,questionnaire survey,exchange interview and other research methods,an in-depth study of DT Wealth Chengdu branch’s high net worth customer relationship management.This paper first expounds the concept of wealth management,the concept of high net worth customers,customer relationship management theory,customer value theory,customer life cycle theory,customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and other related concepts and theories.Secondly,the current situation of high net worth customer relationship management of DT Fortune Chengdu Branch is studied and analyzed,and it is found that there are three major challenges in customer relationship management of the company: "low satisfaction of customer relationship maintenance","low customer relationship loyalty" and "imperfect customer relationship management information system".Then,it puts forward the goal of improving high net worth customer relationship management of DT Fortune Chengdu Branch.The company should make improvements from three aspects: "customer demand-oriented relationship management concept","improving the information level of the company’s customer relationship management" and "optimizing the company’s human resources",and formulate a plan to optimize high net worth customer relationship management.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures of DT Wealth management company’s high net worth customer relationship management optimization implementation.Through the study of the optimization scheme of high net worth customer relationship management,this paper puts forward valuable schemes and strategies for DT wealth management company’s development under the new situation and new opportunities,and also has certain reference significance for the high net worth relationship management of peer wealth management enterprises. |
