With the rapid growth of Chinese economy,the invest demand of residents to realize the appreciation of assets is increasing,and thus the banking finance service has enjoyed a booming development.Large banks have occupied more market shares owing to their resource advantages,while small and medium-sized banks are confronted with increasingly fierce competition in the financial management market.In addition,after the comprehensive implementation of stricter regulatory measures such as “riding of rigid payment and realizing net worth”,the traditional financial management model has come to an end,and strategic transformation is imperative.CD rural commercial banks benefit from rural financial system reform.Over the past ten years,the development trend of them is rising and certain achievements are made.CD Rural Commercial Bank takes “serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers,serving small and micro enterprises,serving locals” as its strategic development orientation,always adhering to the correct development direction,so as to promote the progress of local economy with its own transformation and development.As one of the most important off-balance sheet businesses of CD Rural Commercial Bank,the income of finance business accounts for 2.33% of net profit in 2021,whose healthy and standardized development of finance business can greatly boost the development of the parent bank and provide support and promotion for the listing of the parent bank as soon as possible.In order to enhance the all-round development of online and offline business,achieve the goal of maintaining the first scale in the province,ranking in the top of the national financial management of rural commercial bank,and realizes the goal of obtaining the license of the first financial management subsidiary in the province quickly,CD Rural Commercial Bank is requested to further explore the strategic transformation at present,define the optimal competitive strategy,and take the lead in successfully transforming and seizing the opportunity for future development.Under the guidance of strategic management theory,this thesis systematically analyzes the financial services of CD Rural Commercial Bank and proposes the appropriate strategic choice and implementation methods.First of all,the external environment for CD Rural Commercial Bank is comprehensively analyzed to develop its financial services from aspects of macro environment,including policy,economy,social culture,technology and other factors,and industry environment,such as industry competition,potential entrants,substitutes,suppliers,customers and other factors.Secondly,the internal environment of CD Rural Commercial Bank’s financial services is explored,for instance,the basic operation situation,the product system of its financial services,the asset side,the business management ability,the customer group and so forth.In addition,through SWOT analysis,it summarizes the opportunities and challenges faced by CD Rural Commercial Bank’s financial services,as well as its own strengths and weaknesses,and draws a conclusion that differentiated competitive strategy should be applied.Finally,with a foregoing analysis,the thesis puts forward the applicable differentiation competitive measures from the three perspectives of product end,investment end and marketing end,so as to guarantee implementation of strategies.Starting from strategic management,this thesis conducts an in-depth analysis of financial services provided by CD Rural Commercial Bank,which innovatively puts forward the functional scheme of cash management products at the product side.Furthermore,it is suggested that the investment side should follow the market hot spots to explore investment assets,and the marketing side should develop the village bank for consignment.From the practical perspective,it figures out the competitive strategy suitable for the development of CD Rural Commercial Bank’s financial services.At the same time,it also provides reference for the development of financial services of other small and medium-sized banks.As for theoretical aspect,it has enriched the research on the competitive strategy of financial services of small and medium-sized banks and also provided a theoretical basis for regulators to formulate relevant policies.
