With the development of our urbanization, the rural young labor force can obtain more non-agricultural employment opportunities in the city. The outflow of rural young labor force makes the rural middle and old become the main force of agricultural labor force gradually.Young adults in rural areas go out for work or fully realize citizenization.Due to the lack of social care services, the phenomenon of generational care between young adults and their parents is very common.Generational care is bound to affect the labor supply of the elderly in rural areas, thus affecting land cultivation area and land circulation. The rural social endowment insurance payment amount is not high and draw line is limited. The lack of stable and reliable pension security in our rural middle aged seniors leads to the rural middle aged seniors in our country attach great importance to the land pension security function, which also affects the willingness of land circulation of middleaged peasant households. To study the land circulation intention of rural middleaged and elderly farmers is of great significance not only to ensure the farmland area is not reduced, food security and rural ecosystem security, but also to ensure the health of rural middle-aged and elderly people, establish rural land circulation platform and improve the social care service system.Whether generational care will affect the intention of land transfer of rural middle-aged and elderly farmers, and what is the direction of the influence of middle-aged and elderly farmers’ participation in generational care on land transfer?Logit model and OLS model were used to analyze the China Health and Pension Tracking Survey(CHARLS)database and Harmonized The data from CHARLS database in 2018 studied the influence of intergenerational care behavior of middleaged and elderly farmers on their land transfer and transfer behaviors and land transfer and transfer area, and the influence of intergenerational care intensity of middle-aged and elderly farmers on their land transfer and transfer behavior and land transfer and transfer area. The case analysis method is innovatively used to analyze the cases of 9 farmers from Wucha Village,Dam Town,Renhuai City,Guizhou Province,to analyze the deep-seated reasons affecting the land transfer intention of middle-aged and elderly farmers,so as to put forward targeted suggestions better. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: generational care has a significant negative effect on the land transfer behavior of middle-aged and elderly farmers;Intergenerational care significantly negatively affects the land transfer behavior and area of middle-aged and elderly farmers; The intensity of intergenerational care affected the land transfer area of middle-aged and elderly farmers. With the increase of intergenerational care intensity, the intensity of care significantly negatively affected the land transfer area of middle-aged and elderly farmers, and the inhibitory effect of intergenerational care intensity on the land transfer area was weaker. The difference in intensity of intergenerational care will affect the land transfer out behavior and land transfer out area of middle-aged and elderly farmers, and the low intensity of intergenerational care has a significant negative impact on the land transfer out behavior of middle-aged and elderly farmers. As the intensity of intergenerational care increases, the inhibitory effect of intergenerational care on the land transfer out area of middle-aged and elderly farmers becomes weaker. In general, participation in generational care will inhibit the land transfer of rural middle-aged and elderly farmers. This paper suggests the following: strengthen the construction of rural land transfer platform, perfect land transfer mechanism;Strengthen mutual assistance and cooperation between rural and urban communities and improve the level of socialized care services; We will improve the rural old-age security system and strengthen rural medical services.
