| Since the reform and opening up,the vigorous development of our market economy,the economic gap between cities and rural areas has been increasing,but at the same time,the process of agricultural and rural modernization has been accelerating gradually,and rural areas are experiencing unprecedented changes.On the one hand,urban capital flows to the countryside through many ways;On the other hand,a large number of human capital,industrial and commercial capital outflow,so that the countryside presents an unprecedented appearance.Therefore,the ways in which capital goes to the countryside to play its role in rural areas are also different because of different resource endowments and the support intensity of government and rural social organizations.In this paper,H Town,Zigong City,Sichuan Province,is selected as the research object,three typical cases are selected,the path of capital to the countryside is deeply analyzed,the influence of the path choice of capital to the countryside enterprises on their development from the perspective of path dependence is analyzed,and the political operation mechanism and management development path in the economic process of capital to the countryside is explored.In order to grasp the law of government-enterprise relationship in the economic process of capital going to the countryside from the micro perspective,to provide theoretical and practical thinking for the path selection of capital going to the countryside enterprises and the reasons why different paths fail to enter a virtuous cycle,and to promote the construction of a benign mechanism of capital going to the countryside.This paper believes that the aggregation of the same type of capital enterprises in rural areas will strengthen the attraction of a certain path and eventually strengthen,forming path dependence.If the capital goes to the wrong path at the beginning of entering the township,it will be locked into a state and eventually collapse. |
