Research On The Current Situation And Growth Path Of Farmers’Property Income In Jintang County,Chengdu

In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed to "increase the property income of urban and rural residents through multiple channels".The topic of how to further increase the property income of urban and rural residents has been widely concerned by the whole society.A large number of experts and scholars have analyzed and discussed a series of issues related to institutional innovation,policy support,weaknesses,methods and approaches,and specific practices from different perspectives.Since the proposal of "creating conditions for more people to own property income",the central government has successively issued relevant policies to support the implementation of local policies to promote the effective improvement of people’s property income.Now,property income has accounted for a considerable proportion of the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents,and the growth rate is extremely fast.It is one of the most potential income growth of urban and rural residents in recent years.In recent years,there have been many practical experiences that can effectively increase farmers’ property income all over the country,most of which can be learned and even copied.This paper collects relevant data through the relevant government affairs open platform,collates and analyzes the appearance;Collect and sort out typical cases through visits to relevant county-level departments and towns(streets)to sort out practical experience;By analyzing typical cases,this paper summarizes the effective measures taken by Jintang County to increase farmers’ property income and the relevant policy support issued;Through the analysis of the current situation,the main ways and shortcomings of increasing farmers’ property income in Jintang County are obtained,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the existing problems.This paper points out that there are not many sources of farmers’ property income,the gap between urban and rural residents’ property income,the lack of financial investment channels in rural areas and other problems that affect farmers’ property income.We should strengthen the foundation of farmers’ property income from the aspects of developing and strengthening the rural collective economy,deepening the rural property rights system,activating idle resources,and improving the rural financial system.The analysis results of the current situation of Jintang County’s farmers’ property income are special and typical,which can serve as a reference for similar regions in China.
