| In the 1950 s,the communications industry was in its infancy,and in the early1980 s,it entered the era of great development of post and telecommunications,and by the beginning of the second millennium,it showed a three-legged situation,and the communications infrastructure industry,which is closely related to the operators,also showed a hundred flowers.In last year’s "14th Five-Year Plan" strategy of the central government,it was clearly proposed that China should transform from a "communication great" to a "communication power",which pointed out a clear path to promoting the digitalization of the industry and the rapid development of 5G networks.It also brings new development opportunities for the communication infrastructure industry,which in turn requires a new strategic layout to drive a new cycle of development.TF is mainly engaged in information infrastructure services,including planning and design,engineering and construction,and information technology.At the beginning of its establishment,the company’s rapid growth is a result of the proliferation of mobile internet.Over the last few years,as the profit margin of communication infrastructure construction has been depressed,and the era of the digital economy has emerged,the company’s sustainable,high-quality development can no longer be driven by its traditional business.After reviewing the data,we found that there are not many studies on the development strategy of the communication infrastructure industry,so in this context,we intend to analyze and study the development strategy of the communication infrastructure company in the digital economy with TF Company as the research object.This article consists of seven chapters.The first chapter is the introductory part,which contains the background of the study,the significance of the study and the research method,and the content of the study.Chapter 2 is a review of domestic and international corporate strategy research and an introduction to the research methodology.Chapter 3 looks at Launch’s external environment through a PEST analysis and its industry environment through Porter’s Five Forces model.Chapter 4 analyzes the company’s internal resources,such as finance,assets,human resources,customers,qualification capability,etc.,and compares the actual situation of the company with the competitive companies in the industry to derive the advantages and disadvantages of the company.Based on the previous analysis of the company’s internal and external environment,Chapter 5 conducts a SWOT analysis.Chapter 6 carries out the analysis of TF company strategy selection and implementation plan based on the QSPM matrix using hierarchical analysis and SWOT analysis.Chapter 7,ensures the implementation of the strategy from a number of angles in order to ensure the comprehensive implementation of the company’s development strategy,such as optimizing the organizational structure,developing the market,promoting the construction of talents,and strengthening financial management.Chapter 8 is the conclusion and outlook.By conducting the above research,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The advent of the digital era,5G deployment expansion,and intensifying competition in the industry year by year have led to the urgent need for communication infrastructure TF companies to lay out new strategies to match the changes in the general environment and promote sustainable corporate development.(2)Internally,the simple business structure with single means of operation is an important factor affecting TF’s strategic transformation,and the traditional construction business can no longer meet the company’s goal of high-quality development.Externally,the digital economy promotes changes in the market environment and diversification of user needs,which has a fundamental impact on TF’s strategic transformation and is an external opportunity for its strategic transformation.(3)Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment,SWOT matrix,hierarchical analysis method,and QSPM matrix,the score of integrated business strategy is 3.179,intensive business strategy is 2.715,and diversified business strategy is 3.107,and concluded that choosing an integrated strategy is the most suitable strategy type for TF company at present.(4)Combining the implementation of integration strategy and various safeguards,it is concluded that TF Company should vigorously explore new government and enterprise customer groups on the basis of maintaining carrier customers,provide sufficient financial support for enterprise innovation and transformation through carrier projects,transform from a traditional enterprise providing facility services to a customer providing digital products,platforms,solutions,and whole process services," Comprehensive intelligent service provider",from the end of the industry chain to the top.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some management insights for TF and companies in similar situations in the communication infrastructure industry when formulating their corporate development strategy studies. |
