Research On Internal Control Optimization Of Investment Management Of Gansu Provincial State-owned Investment Group

Since the reform and opening up of our country,investment has contributed to the rapid economic growth.After the covid-19 pandemic in 2020,in the face of increasing downward pressure on the economy and shrinking consumer demand,moderately advanced investment has become the key means to stabilize the economic market.However,in the investment activities,the project argumentation is not sufficient.Low decision-making efficiency and other problems still exist,which bring risks to the development of enterprises.Academic research and practice have shown that strengthening the internal control of investment management can help enterprises do well in investment management,thereby improving investment efficiency,reducing investment risks,improving investment quality,ensuring stable operation of enterprises,and promoting stable and coordinated economic development.This dissertation chooses Gansu Provincial State-Owned Investment Group,under the guidance of classical theories such as internal control theory,system theory,risk management theory,authorized agent theory and information theory,and uses literature research and questionnaire survey methods to deeply analyze the current situation of internal control of investment management,It is found that the main problems existing in the internal control of investment management are insufficient internal environment construction,lack of risk assessment mechanism,low quality of control activities,low efficiency of information communication and inadequate internal supervision;Through expert interviews and data analysis,it is concluded that the causes of the above problems are mainly the defects in the corporate governance structure,the neglect of the construction of the talent team,the weak awareness of risk prevention,the lack of control over the investment process,the lack of information communication channels,and the failure of the internal supervision mechanism;In terms of problems and causes of the internal control of investment management,optimization suggestions are exerted,including improving the internal environment construction,establishing a risk assessment mechanism,strengthening the control of the investment process,improving the level of information communication and implementing internal supervision and management.
