It’s the topic that the risk and the operating of a platform group of investment and financing of the state-owned assets in the process of Chinese economic developing. Through the author had been intern in Gansu Province State-owned Assets Investment Group Limited ("Gansu SAIG") for data collection and practicing from March to June in2013.The author attempted to find the way to identify problems in Gansu Case that exist in this company’s developing. Base on this background, this paper select Gansu SAIG as the object of study. To Analysis the Gansu SDIC’s annual audit report, as well as a subsidiary of the holding company focused on investment strategies case and financing style approach. It was list the existing problems and drawbacks of Gansu SAIG as responsibility for Gansu province’s industrial and enterprises investment style and financing case leader.Finally, the case is ripe annual audit report, Chongqing Yufu Group’s model draw on, to cast the country’s future development in Gansu put forward with three suggestions, provide case the nature of practical significance for the state-owned capital for invest to completing the strategies and financing the enterprises in own area platform companies.
