| High quality development has become the main theme of social and economic development,and there has been marked progress against globalization.Under the national development initiative of"the Belt and Road",Xi’an,as the starting point of China’s Silk Road,has witnessed great development in the construction of Xixian New Area.The 14thFive-Year Plan insists on innovation-driven economic and social development,and sets new and higher requirements for the economic construction of Xi’an.New Town Development and Construction Group undertakes the historical mission of regional construction and innovative development,and is faced with huge opportunities and challenges.It is an inevitable choice for the Group to take"first-class urban construction and operation service integrated provider"and"regional innovation and entrepreneurship integrated service platform"as its strategic objectives,but the organizational capability building of the Group is still at an early stage and needs to be improved urgently.The success of an enterprise depends on the correct strategy and appropriate organizational capability.Organizational capability consists of three dimensions:employee thinking,employee ability,and employee governance.This paper takes the group as an example to carry out the related research on organizational competence.First,this paper uses employee engagement,competence,“Yang Triangle”model to select measurement indicators,the formation of organizational capacity analysis scale;Secondly,through the experts to the importance of each index score,using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index,formation the measurement model organizational capacity;Thirdly,based on the organizational capability analysis scale,the paper designs the questionnaire,and uses the organizational capability measurement model to measure and analyze the results of the questionnaire,using the IPA model of significant performance analysis to prioritize the group’s problems,according to the measurement analysis,new Town development and construction group’s organizational capacity mainly focuses on“Staff governance”,“Staff thinking”dimensions,“Staff capacity”dimensions of good performance;Finally,the Group can improve"employee governance"by ways of Optimizing organizational settings,optimizing workflow,improving governance functions,enhancing standardized management,introducing project management.and building communication channels.Moreover,the group can improve"employee thinking"by strengthening the promotion and implementation of values and accelerating the construction of cultural system.Additionally,"employee ability"can be maintained and improved by optimizing personnel management and establishing a talent system.By these means,the efficient operation of the group will be promoted and thus the goal of sustained business success will be achieved.Taking New Town Development and Construction Group as an example,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis of organizational capability building through in-depth study of the"Yang Triangle"theory,and constructs an organizational capability analysis model suitable for New Town Development and Construction Group by combining the current development of the group and selecting the corresponding indicators,.Based on this,it puts forward some targeted suggestions for improving organizational capability in order to improve the organizational capability of the group gradually.This paper provides other enterprises with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to improve organizational capability,which has both theoretical guidance and practical significance. |
