Facing with the dynamic and complex environment which is characterized by the globalization, information, marketization and complication, organizational capability is the source of enterprise to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage, and it becomes the key to success. In this paper, based on the enterprise organizational capability system has the characteristics of Complex Adaptive System, we analysis the evolution mechanism of enterprise organizational capability system in CAS theory. Because in this new research perspective we can analysis the evolution of enterprise organizational capability system in the complex environment more truly and comprehensively. The new view of evolution of CAS theory points out that the interaction between Agent and environment and the interaction between Agents are the basic reason of system evolution. Through to the Summary of the related literature and investigation in several enterprises, we analysis the key factors which are related to the evolution of enterprise organizational capability system, and offer advice to improving organizational capability. It mainly includes the following contents:(1) Firstly, it studies the background, significance and contents of research, technical route and innovation points. Secondly, it presents the main basic theory: CAS theory. Thirdly, it summarizes the related researches of CAS theory in the field of management, and reviews the current research of enterprise capability evolution and the conception of enterprise organizational capability.(2) Firstly, It mainly concerns the definition of basic concepts such as enterprise organizational capability, organizational process, organizational Routine and enterprise organizational capability system. Meanwhile, it analyses the operation mechanism of enterprise organizational capability system. And then it analyses the evolution mechanism of enterprise organizational capability system in the view of complex adaptive system and put forwards the basic reason of system evolution. At last, it analyses and describes the process the enterprise organizational capability system evolution by the microscopic model (the basic model of adaptive agent) and the macroscopic model (three layer echo model) in the CAS theory. And the basic model of adaptive agent includes three steps:Create stimuli-reaction model, Establish credit assigned mechanism and Provide the means of rule discovery. And then establish the three layer echo model by describing the six kinds of interaction mechanism, matching speed and matching time.(3) It focuses on the modeling and simulation of enterprise organizational capability system. In the process of enterprise agents compete resources as an example to explain the evolution of enterprise organizational capability system.(4) Firstly, it shows the main points of evolution mechanism of enterprise organizational capability system in CAS theory. Secondly, it points out the shortcomings of the paper, and deals with the overall dissertation and the follow-up research work prospects.
